By downloading, registering, or using DiFamar, you agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DiFamar.
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

3. Services Provided

DiFamar is a location-based agricultural marketplace that connects farmers and suppliers with buyers. Features include:

Farm discovery via geolocation.
Product browsing and purchase.
Secure payments through unique virtual bank accounts.
Delivery and order tracking.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraudulent transactions, posting false information, or violating laws.
Farmers must ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, and stock availability.

5. Payments

Each user is assigned a unique virtual bank account for secure transactions.
You agree that all payments made through DiFamar are final unless otherwise determined by our dispute process.
DiFamar may partner with financial institutions to manage payments.

6. Deliveries & Orders

Delivery times may vary based on location and logistics.
DiFamar is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Fees & Charges

Some services may include transaction or service fees.
Fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and a farmer, DiFamar will provide mediation through its support team.
Refunds or cancellations are subject to our refund policy (to be provided separately).

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and technology are owned by DiFamar or licensed to us. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit the platform without permission.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

DiFamar provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for:

Errors or interruptions in service.
Losses arising from transactions between buyers and farmers.
Indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
